Job Description:

Responsible for Leading and Managing a designated territory and/or channel of existing sales force and accounts. DiVal enjoys the rare position of having more customers and opportunities than we currently handle. Our existing customers have ample opportunity for growth and there is no shortage of prospects currently underserved by our competitors.

The role will be required to establish and manage a clear and intentional path for ongoing skill development and consistent formal and informal coaching. We are a consultative sales company that builds relationships through an unquenchable desire to serve our customers and deliver the absolute best customer experience.  

Responsibilities:

As a critical member of the sales team

  • Travel Flexible – Ability to travel domestically as needed. This job may require upwards of 25% travel to meet with partners which may require overnight stays or week-long stay at locations (depending on the project).

Qualifications:

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 4 years’ experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field
    1. OR equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.

Preferred Qualifications

6 years of related experience in: Senior Sales or Channel Management/Leadership Roles, Business Transformation, Coaching Solution Sales, Strategic Sales Planning, Strong Business Analysis Skills
