Role Overview:
We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager with a go-getter attitude and a knack for closing deals. You'll be the face of Divergent Estates in your region, driving property acquisitions, building relationships with property investors, and ensuring guests have exceptional stays. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new property listings in your designated region.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and local stakeholders.
• Implement targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed acquisition goals.
• Offer consultative advice to property investors on maximizing their returns with Divergent Estates.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to promote properties and enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new properties and investors.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $64,082.63 - $77,174.78 per year

• Monday to Friday
