Diverse Construction is a Tier 1 general contractor in the telecommunications construction industry. It's difficult to articulate the paradoxical nature of counting amongst our direct customers Verizon, T-Mobile, Samsung, Nokia, and Ericsson while also maintaining a small, family-oriented team with less than 100 employees.

A business IS its people, and we are currently looking for a Tiger Team Top Hand to play a critical role at our Company.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the crew, assist in the erection, construction, and/or maintenance of wireless towers. Ensure that work is performed in accordance with all safety and quality guidelines and expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform work on tower top, looking after all aspects of work while at the tower top, ensuring that a safe, quality installation has been performed, including rigging, hoisting, landing, fastening, loadhopping, etc.
• Installation of up-top equipment including masts, clamping, bracing, supports, antennas, RRUs, cabling, bolting, assist in shooting proper azimuth within tolerances, labeling, picture-taking, documentation. Assist in gathering all closeout documents are an absolute must.
• At the instruction of Tower Lead, perform coax, fiber, lines, and hybrid cable installation, connector installation, sweep and testing assisting, weather proofing, color-coding, labeling, etc. connect coax feedlines and jumpers per piping diagrams, and support and fasten adequately for a quality, lasting installation.
• Do grounding, terminations, fastening, proper bolting and antioxidant use, support of leads, cadwelding as required, etc.
• Assist on overall job on groundwork including all tasks required to build and install a site per customer specs, maintain safe work environment, daily use and completion of JSA forms, assisting with overall crew work, maintenance of vehicles and equipment, etc.
• Must continue to work towards training and certifications for tower related work.
• A plus to know how to read and understand drawings, piping diagrams, job specifications, mounting specs, testing procedures, etc.
• Assist in the installation of all tower related aspects of wireless cell site
• Ensure highest level of safety and quality control requirements are upheld
• Assist in the transmission line and installation
• Other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

• A work ethic that is reliable, hardworking, responsible, and motivated
• Prior experience with LTE upgrades, integration, and other relevant technology
• Experience with sweeps, PIM testing, and fiber testing a plus
• Experience with Ground CX (Power Plants, PDU, CDU, FSU)
• Ability to stay on task independently and work in a team environment
• Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and work well in a crew environment

Education/Experience:

• Two to three years’ experience in climbing towers, tiger team, or installs
• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

• Lewisville, TX 75080: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

Salary : $36,100 - $45,800
