Location: West Point, PA (Onsite)

Duration: Contract - Only W2

Job Description

Required Skills:

  • Desktop Support, win /MAC OS, MS office Suite Custom Apps, VPN, basic Network troubleshooting. Imaging Desktops.
  • Hardware and Software troubleshooting
  • Great Customer facing skills - Softskills

Shift: Day 9 AM - 7 PM

Job Summary

Onsite Standard Desktop Support. Attend to end users at the walk in service desk. Work with existing team members on resolving INC/SR. Asset Returns/ Asset allocation for New hires and leavers etc.

Part of a large team scattered across US 57 team members. Work with them as a single team. Collaborate more on MS teams and keep up to date on whats happening at other site.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide Install Move Add Change (IMAC), Break-Fix and end user support activities as required.
  • Stage Build and Image systems with standard client image (aka eCore).
  • Complete special projects as requested by Customer.
  • Provides technical training to more junior employees.
  • Perform data collection/preservation activities as they relate to migrations and/or eDiscovery.
  • Where required, provide support for the Manufacturing Shop Floor handhelds, laptops and scanner devices.
