Job Title : Desktop Support

Location : Memphis, TN : : Onsite

Duration : (Contract)

Essential Responsibilities :

Must to have : -

  • Minimum High school Diploma.
  • Experience in tickets managements, requirements.
  • 2 years experience with end user support, Desktop, Laptop, Printers, VC Rooms, Mobile
  • Experience with management
  • English mandatory.
  • Structured cabling notions.
  • Focus on customer service.
  • Must be available to work afterhours, during weekends, holidays, etc.
  • Must be a person with good organization, to follow up on their tickets, coordinate scheduled activities, assist with change requests, generate process documentation.

Good to have : -

  • ITIL desirable experience or certification
  • Basic knowledge of Windows servers
  • Basic to intermediate networking knowledge (have certification or training)
  • Structured cabling notions
  • Experience in change requests.
  • Notions of virtualization environments
