Job Summary:
- Field Testing Engineer perform test on Mobile devices on specific test plan in live network environment
- Devices are tested at both stationary locations and specific drive routes
- Data Performance, Call Performance, Audio Quality tests
- At least 3 years of prior experience on mobile device testing is desired.
- Perform wireless device field testing per test plan and collect logs using Specific test tools
- Troubleshoot device related and tool issues when required.
- Identify, analyze, and document defects and inconsistencies in handset behavior
- Review test results for accuracy and quality
- Execute tests and communicate results, defects efficiently to Lead.
- Experience with wireless device field testing and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of LTE and 5G.
- Experience with different mobile operating systems such as Android
- QXDM logging, Datum, Debugging Skills.
- Prior Experience of Carrier Field testing, AGPS Testing, or any OEM field test
