Circuit Analysis , Microcontroller, Analog, Digital, Electronic, Opamp, BJT, MOSFET,
Schematic, PCB Layout, Altium tool
Components selection
Battery Management System (Client)
Cell Supervision Unit (CSU)
EMI/EMC
Functional safety, DFMEA, FuSA
Testing & Validation, Board bring-up
Thermal analysis,
Lab testing
Design documentation, Test Plan,
1) Perform DFMEA Analysis using Std ISO 26262 using tool like DOORs
2) Perform Validation Testing.
3) Build Prototype Hardwares, Prototype Testing & Delivery.
4) Selection of Components and Circuit Analysis.
5) Altium - Schematic drafting & PCB Layout design.
6) CAN & LIN communication tools (Ex : Vector)
7) Laboratory testing tools like DMM, Oscilloscope, Function Generator, Signal Generator, debugger etc.
