Job description:
Minimum 10 years of applicable work experience as an Oracle Database Administrator
Ability to collaborate with a development group and provide input to guide resolution of problems
Solid skills with
Oracle Enterprise Server 11.x , 12.x and 19 in a UNIX or LINUX environment
Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) and Automatic Storage Management(ASM)
Oracle Data Guard
Database security
Database performance tuning
Proactive monitoring via OEM or custom scripts
Table partitioning
Statistics collection levels
Replication including designing for conflict avoidance and conflict resolution
Backup and restoration
Disaster recovery design
PL/SQL
Ability to understand the impact of problems on overall database performance
UNIX and Linux operating systems including Exadata
