Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project delivery.
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely resolution of issues.
Manage project budgets, ensuring they are monitored and controlled throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, customer success, and sales, to ensure project success.
Lead and mentor project team members, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, and have the necessary skills and resources to deliver successful project outcomes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
12 years of experience in project management, with a focus on banking product implementation.
Proven track record of successful project delivery in the banking industry, with experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
PMP certification is a plus.
