Technical/Functional Skills:
Experience in development automation solutions using PEGA RPA, UiPath
Experience required
Bachelor's / Masters degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology
Must have 8 years of Development experience in core Technologies - .Net / Java
Must have 3 years of PEGA Robotics and UiPath RPA implementation
Excellent communication skills
Experience of working within an agile, continuous integration environment
Healthcare domain background / experience is highly desired
Roles & Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate & Lead support team (Onshore/Offshore) and manage timely response to clients on BOT process.
Closely work with Support teams to provide Technical solutions and guidance to resolve complex production challenges
Assess future BOT, infra expansion from technical or business perspective and perform due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution.
Effective communication and co-ordination with other internal stakeholders to review solution components, infra setup, deployment etc.
Monitor and provide support to all Bot process Pega RPA and UiPath.
Provide 247 operational support to all production practices on holidays and weekends.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with all business teams and provide support to bot processing.
Monitor all alerts and escalate all issues for all procedures and systems.
Coordinate with various teams and raise support ticket for all issues, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all BOT processes.
Maintain logs of all issues and ensure resolutions according to quality assurance tests for all BOT processes.
Coordinate with IT groups and external vendors and ensure effective application services to ensure reliability of all integrated applications.
Track the Incidents and prioritize the incidents based on the nature of tickets.
Mentor project team through RPA training and accreditation program providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques
Create and maintain KT Document for production process and work with Prod support team.
Provide custom C#, .NET solution if OOTB components are not available in PEGA and UiPath
Work within production constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
