Roles & Responsibilities

• Define detailed blueprint for development requirements for Production Planning & Control.
• Complete understanding in SAP PP setup with varian configuration, Serial Number Management,Barcoding, RF scanning ,KANBAN and related processes.
• Provide business and functional Expertise for SAP PP module
• Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams
• Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers business needs and, consequently, for understanding customers businesses.
• Assess impact and gaps in the current business processes and configuration for the SAP module and provide alternatives and recommendations on the delta design.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Design, customize, configure and testing of PP module
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
• Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Develop functional and technical specifications for the delta design
• Responsible for implementing part or all of the technical solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed technical design.
• Works with and under the direction of the Project/Technical Manager and with customer nominated representatives.
• Develop the data conversion template and formalize with the business users for the usage
• Drive Data Migration
• Provide support for data migration and validation activities during mock conversion and go live
• Provide support in defect resolution for SAP functional issues

Desired Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a full cycle implementation and Rollout as well as in support projects.
• Minimum of 8 years of designing and configuring SAP PP modules knowledge of the key integration points between the other SAP modules.
• Experience with RF gun Integration
• Experience with HPE ALM and SAP Solution Manager
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
• The ability to work independently as well as in project teams

Qualifications

• Must have Graduation(BE/BTECH,etc)
• SAP Certification (Good to Have)
