We are looking for an innovative and self-motivated Senior UX/UI Hybrid, who thrives in a fast-paced
environment. You will contribute directly to the design of customer facing and internal facing
websites and tools, including (url removed) and (url removed).
Responsibilities
" Create global, re-usable, pixel-perfect, and WCAG compliant UI components to be consumed by development teams across Delta
" Serve as the primary liaison between the business product teams, external design agencies, and development teams for multiple projects at a time
" Collaborate across functional teams and stakeholders, including presenting to senior management
" Take ownership of design deliverables from design agency partners and work closely with IT and business teams to ensure designs are accessible, consistent with Delta standards, and provide full coverage
" Consult with business owners on new projects to develop requirements, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
" Document designs and provide style guide specifications and assets.
" Work closely with accessibility consultants to ensure designs and UI components are accessible
Desired Qualities
" A portfolio exhibiting strong UX and visual design skills
" Creative and customer focused problem solver
" Effective written, visual, and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
" Ability to manage needs and priorities of multiple teams and stakeholders
" Demonstratable expertise with the latest versions of HTML and CSS
" Hands on experience designing accessible products and working knowledge of WCAG guidelines
" Experience contributing to UI Kits and Design Systems from both a design and front-end development perspective
" Experience working with an agile team
" Experience or desire to learn authoring content management systems, like AEM.
