Data Support Specialist
As the Data Support Specialist, you will support the team by creating Salesforce reports and dashboards, owning data management tasks, responding to user support requests, testing new features and functionality, in addition to supporting our RFP process. This role will have the opportunity to contribute to diverse projects both big and small and work cross-departmentally with the Business Development and Account teams.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Sales team and internal business stakeholders to create Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Administer our Salesforce application and manage connected integrations
- Respond to Salesforce user requests and assist with developing solutions to address business needs
- Perform frequent data quality checks to ensure Salesforce data is accurate
- Make recommendations on improving existing business processes using Salesforce
- Take on ad-hoc responsibilities around new initiatives such as building new metrics and requests to analyze revenue information
- Assist in RFP process
- Quality check costing
Requirements:
- 2-4 years experience administering Salesforce and innovating or scaling in a similar, fast-based environment; specifically, experience in tools administration
- Salesforce Certification, required
- Familiarity with the creation and configuration of Salesforce
- Experience working as a part of a sales/business development, sales/revenue operations, or sales team
- A successful track record of working as a team member as well as taking initiative to own individual projects
- Advanced Excel skills and excellent written communication skills
- BA/BS degree with a major in finance, computer science, statistics, quantitative economics, or other relevant area emphasizing data analysis
- Ability to work in office three days per week
- Independent US work authorization, required
