General Cleaner- All Shifts

DSI (Diversifed Services for Industry), a Vonachen Group family company, is looking to fill a General Cleaner role in Princeton, IL. 

Positions available on all 3 shifts!

Job Skills / Requirements

Job responsibilities:

• Clean, including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning, gathering and emptying trash bins in designated building areas following all health and safety regulations.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.
• Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours.
• Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.

Job requirements:

Skills and Abilities

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high-level of performance
• Good communication skills
• Strong detail orientation
• Customer-oriented and friendly

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for long periods of time
• Repeat the same movements
• Frequent bending and twisting
• Able to lift, push & pull 50lbs
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings

 

Additional Information / Benefits

Full Time Positions available on all 3 shifts

• Some weekend work available with overtime potential

 

• $15.50/hour 
• 1st Shift- 6:30a-2:30p-
• 2nd Shift- 3p-10p--
• 3rd Shift- 10p-6a--(includes floor work)
