Title : Contract Admin Assistant5 Openings
Location : San Diego CA
Duration : 6 months

End Time (AM / PM) : 5pm
Description :
This position is NonExempt. Hours over 40 will be paidat Time and a Half. Requires proficiency in two to three vendorsoftware programs.
Provides support to oneor two department managers and their staff.
Duties may include word processing editing existingdocuments keying information into existing templates and databaseupkeep.
Previous clerical experience isnecessary.
Moderate to minimal supervisionis provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Reviewand process sales contracts and amendments
Responsiblefor checking and analyzing contracts are legible clean complete andare aligned with approvals
Responsible for routingcontracts for signature based on predetermined signature authoritytiers
Responsible for reviewing summarizing and loggingcontract information into the companys CRM system
Saveorganize and maintain accurate files notes and data in electronicfiles and trackers
Perform CRM and log maintenance on anongoing basis to insure accurate reporting
Utilize datafrom the companys CRM system to generate reports analyze data andtrack contracting statuses
Support internal auditing andmonitoring efforts
Analyze contract and pricingdiscrepancies and correct resolve and document findings
Research equipment shipments price loads contract renewals andperform appropriate tasks related to such research
Respond to requests for enduser pricing eligibility and contracteligibility
Interface and collaborate with contractadministrators pricing analysts pricing coordinators accountexecutives regional directors fulfillment group and distributors toestablish working relationships assure proper enduser pricing andcontract effective dates are loaded
Participate in andprepare for contracting & pricing policy meetings
Develop and continuously update departmental SOPs (StandardOperating Procedures)
Demonstrate an understanding ofthe business structure processes and policies
Performclosing activities as needed
Meet deadlines and updateclients with the status
Responsible for exhibitingprofessional behavior with both internal / external businessassociates that reflects positively on the company and isconsistent with the companys policies and practices.
Perform other duties & projects as assigned.
Understands and is aware of the quality consequences that may occurfrom the improper performance of their specific job.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :
Requires a bachelorsdegree in a businessrelated discipline.
Minimumintermediate Word and Excel experience a must.
Minimumof 1year relevant experience in commercial sales contracting andpricing.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Demonstrated ability to effectively andconstructively communicate across departmental disciplines whilepursuing contract department goals.
Must have goodcommunication & organizational skills
Must have acustomer service attitude & good computer skills (MicrosoftWord Excel Outlook etc.)

Previous CRM or database experiencepreferred
Previous healthcare biotech or sales industryexperience preferred
