Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Act independently with some supervision to conduct smaller approved projects.
Perform basic statistical analysis using Minitab and interpret functional testing results
Contribute to the planning and execution of components of the development process, which apply to product revision or enhancement or a defined piece of a larger project.
Ability to manage routine small projects without assistance.
Utilize engineering tools to solve straightforward problems (e.g., FMEA, DMAIC Tools, Failure Mode Analysis, Process Modeling, Design of Experiments, Statistical Analysis).

BS in Engineering. 1 - 3 years experience.
