What are the responsibilities and job description for the Procurement Project Coordinator position at DivIHNSoft?
The Project Coordinator will work within a team of Procurement Project Management (PM) specialists, coordinating tasks and activities that support Vendor Risk Management functions of small to medium complexity. The Project Coordinator will act as a Procurement 'liaison' to Vendor Risk Management to ensure that VCI stakeholder needs are met by the procurement process in the most efficient way possible. The Project Coordinator will be an initial contact point for VCI business owners who need vendors to deliver projects. The Project Coordinator will help business owners organize their requirements before engaging the Procurement and Vendor Risk Management team specialists in the procurement process. The Project Coordinator will escalate issues and act as the interface between business owners and Vendor Risk Management SME's. This role will be fundamental in bringing about significant change in Procurement and Vendor Risk Management performance
