Job Title: CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Hours: FULL-TIME (30 hours per week) Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Salary: $31,200 - $46,800 depending on experience
Job Description: Support three CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professionals in all client administrative and operational tasks; maintain client relationship manager software application; provide critical support for new client onboarding tasks (this involves frequent interaction with back office of our institutional custodian); assist in resolution of NIGO (not in good order) cases; receive office guests and answer office phone; provide support for marketing and client events (these are sometimes after hours); maintain client e-mail list and coordinate distribution of quarterly newsletters and other client mass e-mails; order office supplies for delivery as needed; maintain calendar and schedule client meetings as requested

Job Qualifications: At least one-year experience is preferred. No securities license is required (but an investment advisor license is a plus). High school diploma is required; some college is preferred. Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel is required. Ability to learn and use software applications used in our office (ex. Docusign, Monday.com, etc). Superior, professional phone interaction with clients is a must.
