Lawn Care Technician (Certification Required)

Competitive base pay: $20 - $25 /hr., based on experience
$1,000 Bonus paid after successful completion of first 1,000 hours worked!

1 Year of commercial lawn care experience, including operation of ride-on spreader
Possess a chauffeur's driver’s license, or the ability to obtain one upon hire
Experience driving a truck w/ trailer
Basic math skills associated with accurately measuring and mixing pesticides, as well as calibrating spreaders to directed application rates
Possess a Smart phone and use to track time and material, as well as navigate to properties
The capacity to work independently or with a crew
General working knowledge of proper lawn and landscape management practices, including basic grass, weed, & disease identification
Flexible attitude open to helping in other areas of the business when needed
Ability to lift 50 pound bags of fertilizer
