Job Description:
Job Title/High Level Position Summary:
Oversees the operations, customer service, administration, and systems within the DFW distribution center. Responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing finished goods. Uses computerized systems to monitor stock levels, fulfills customer orders, ships, and delivers merchandise to customer warehouse, wholesale, or retail outlets. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Receives predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review. Directs subordinates on predetermined work assignments which are completed using established guidelines, procedures, and policies. Supervises Support track employees and may perform similar work as their subordinates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, mentor, develop, and lead an hourly workforce.
- Manage the overtime of employees.
- Access resource needs & reallocate.
- Ensure work instructions are accurate.
- Approve employee's timecards.
- Manage the overall safety for the team.
- Set clear expectations for the team.
- Ensure adequate headcount is maintained for the department.
- Interact with the different market units, planning team, international team for exports of product, customer care, recruiters, etc.
- Work cross-functionally with peers to meet or exceed goals.
- Meet or exceed weekly targets.
- Ensure adequate supplies are ordered within an appropriate time frame.
- Manage priority orders for the customer and reply to customer requests within a timely manner.
- Ability to understand different customer requirements, etc. labeling requirements and shipping requirements & execute weekly.
- Ensure that customer orders / returns are proceed in a timely manner. (If needed)
- Identify gaps within current process for consumer and reverse logistics. (If needed)
- Other supervisory duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications:
- Effective communication and organizational skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain / Distribution / Warehouse experience (3 of which in a leadership position)
- Associate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Supply Chain / Distribution / Warehouse experience (4 of which in a leadership position)
- High School Diploma with a minimum of 10 years of Supply Chain / Distribution / Warehouse experience (5 of which in a leadership position)
