Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children under your care. Your role will involve supervising and engaging with children, implementing educational activities, and ensuring their well-being. Responsibilities: - Provide attentive care and supervision to children in a safe and nurturing environment - Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and programs - Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members - Monitor children's behavior and address any issues or concerns promptly - Maintain a clean and organized childcare facility - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of children - Collaborate with other childcare providers to create a cohesive and supportive team environment Qualifications: - Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting - Knowledge of child development principles and practices - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities - First Aid and CPR certification preferred - Experience in special education or behavior management is a plus - Familiarity with classroom management techniques - A passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow Please note that all positions at our childcare facility are paid positions. Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
