JOB DETAILS:
- The candidate/phlebotomist is responsible for obtaining vitals, drawing blood, collecting urine, EKG and medical history
- Must be willing to travel to client's location for appointments
- Paid per appointment/service, this isn't an hourly or salary-paid position
- Paid twice a month and no taxes taken out
- Some travel expenses are covered depending on the location of the appointment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Traveling to specified locations to obtain samples mentioned above as required
- Accurately labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, documentation of health histories
- Maintaining accurate client records, which includes detailing any medical issues experienced by clients during venipuncture procedures that may affect the accuracy of the test results
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must Pass a Urine Drug Screen & Background Check
- Proven Experienced Phlebotomist
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Knowledge of HIPPA/PHI law
- Detailed-oriented/sound organization skills
- Professional, responsible, and self-starter with excellent attention to details and penmanship
- Reliable transportation
- Must be computer proficient, have internet access, a printer/scanner to print & scan uploaded completed documents.
- Must supply own BP cuffs ( reg. & large). Stethoscope, scale that goes to 360 lbs., clipboard, metal tape measure, and centrifuge if possible
