DLA Piper is seeking a Junior Associate to join our Restructuring Group in the Chicago, Los Angeles, New York or Wilmington office. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 1-3 years of experience representing and advising companies experiencing financial difficulties, lenders and creditors in complex business reorganizations, debt restructurings and financing matters (ideally debtor-side experience). We seek candidates with immediate transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized law schools. DLA Piper has the one of the largest Restructuring practices globally. Must be licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction in which you are applying.

In accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York City, is $215,000 - $250,000. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate's geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications.
