DLA Piper is seeking a real estate securities associate with 6 years of experience for our Real Estate Capital Markets Group. This position is open to all US offices. The candidate’s primary role will be managing structured securities offerings. The ideal candidate will have strong experience acting as securities counsel on fund, debt, REITs, Delaware statutory trust (DST) and other offerings, and representing both sponsors and institutional investors in a variety of deal structures, including private placements and institutional funds. Interested candidates should have strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
