Summary : This team member is responsible to lead sales efforts to drive new Capital Investment from prospects and existing Investors, develop relationships with COI's, manage and service existing Investors while gathering additional Capital, referrals, five-star reviews, and consistently deliver uncompromising service to investors while modeling DLP's Core Values.

  • RIA/family office experience required
  • High net worth investor experience
  • Real estate investment experience

What you are great at: (Responsibilities) 

  • Lead sales efforts; drive behaviors that maximize capital-raising and investor relations efforts
  • Develop and lead trainings with team to continue to hone skills within real-life investor scenarios
  • Own relationship-building efforts and referrals from UHNW and Wealth Partner Investors
  • Own excellent service & delivering wow - 'The Buck Stops Here'
  • Lead community partner sales, DD, and ongoing investor relations
  • Own over “institutional DD and portal management”
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on various strategic initiatives
  • Initiate Focused Daily New Prospect Calls
  • Initiate Daily existing Investor calls
  • Hold Face to Face 1 on 1 Investor Prospect Meetings
  • Hold Quarterly Investor Review Meetings
  • Gather referrals from current Investors
  • Identify and add at least 10 new opportunities per week
  • Deliver uncompromising WOW investor experiences
  • Gather Raving 5-star Reviews and testimonials from Investors
  • Provide referrals to other DLP lines of business
  • Utilizing CRM and company tools/technology to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of sales and service efforts (Salesforce, Juniper Square, etc.)
  • Maximize DLP Informational and other Events
  • Collect all required information for new investments and additions
  • Create and record trainings and content for DLP Capital internal purposes and external marketing campaigns
