Location: St. Augustine, FL (Hybrid)

Summary: DLP Capital is hiring an Executive Personal Assistant to support the Construction and development teams.. This includes supporting the Managing Principal with general administrative tasks, scheduling, communication, drafting documents, and assisting with managing communication with investors, and managing investor files.

Requirements

  • 2 years experience in supporting an executive with administrative tasks
  • Construction experience
  • Ability to successfully navigate multiple priorities
  • Positive attitude and ability to work at a fast pace
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues and senior leadership
  • Excellent time and priority management skills
  • Experience in a professional setting, financial services is a plus

Responsible for:

  • Support the Managing Principal, Construction and Development
  • Streamline internal communications
  • Keep meetings on track and record notes, to-dos, and action items
  • Create accountability to complete to-dos
  • Deliver WOW to valuable clients
  • Implement and develop processes
  • Coordinate travel schedules
  • Lead successful event planning
