DLR Group's Administrative team has an opening for a Project Administrator in our Minneapolis office. We operate within a hybrid work model, supporting flexibility between office time and work from home.

Position Summary

As a Project Administrator at DLR Group you will be responsible for providing project administrative assistance to the project teams. You will be responsible for the Project details once the project is awarded. This includes coordination with project managers and teams, specifications, field information, tracking of addenda and maintaining project documentation from pre-design through project closeout.

The successful candidate will:

  • Maintain confidential information as it relates to projects.
  • Assist Project Managers with other aspects of the team and project management.
  • Be flexible and creative in finding solutions to keep projects and teams moving forward.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 or more years of experience in the Architectural/Engineering/Construction industry providing project support
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and Newforma software
  • High attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Deltek Vantagepoint and AIA Contract Documents
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience
  • Experience with commercial projects in an administrative support role
