**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in the smooth operation of our office environment. Construction Experience preferred not required
**Duties:**
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mail distribution, and filing.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy.
- Support office management tasks as needed.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
- Proficient in using Google Suite for office tasks.
**Skills:**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in administrative tasks and office procedures.
- Experience as a clerk or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Construction experience preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with office management procedures.
- Ability to manage calendars efficiently.
- Competency in using Google Suite for office-related functions.
