Logistics and Fulfillment:
Manage the entire order fulfillment process, from receipt of customer order to delivery of product
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders
Monitor and resolve any fulfillment issues, such as shipping errors or product returns
Process customer returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner
Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates on their orders and address any concerns
Work with internal teams, such as customer service, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless fulfillment operations
Maintain accurate records of all orders, shipping information, and inventory levels
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of the fulfillment process
Supply Chain Analysis:
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for cost savings and improvement
Monitor and analyze key supply chain metrics such as lead time, delivery performance, and inventory levels
Identify and evaluate risk in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate risk
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, operations, and logistics, to improve supply chain processes and efficiency
Analyze demand and supply trends to make recommendations for inventory management
Develop and maintain supplier scorecards to measure supplier performance and identify areas for improvement
Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to suppliers on their performance
Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and processes
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management
Provide support for supply chain projects and initiatives, including data analysis and process improvement recommendations.
Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert (SME) and ERP Consultation:
Act as the subject matter expert in Supply Chain processes and procedures, providing guidance and support to the ERP team and other departments within the organization
Collaborate with IT and other departments to design and implement Supply Chain-related ERP solutions
Ensure that ERP systems are configured to support Supply Chain processes and meet business requirements
Oversee the testing and validation of Supply Chain-related ERP system changes and updates
Work closely with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize and implement process improvements
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for Supply Chain-related ERP initiatives
Lead cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of new Supply Chain processes and solutions
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure that ERP systems are delivering value to the business
Manage and resolve any technical issues related to Supply Chain-related ERP systems
Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Supply Chain-related ERP systems.
Billing and Auditing:
Review and audit invoices and billing statements from suppliers and logistics providers to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms
Verify that billing charges are consistent with the purchase order, contract, or rate agreement
Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or errors with suppliers or logistics providers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all billing audits and results
Communicate regularly with suppliers and logistics providers to resolve any billing issues
Work with the procurement and finance teams to ensure that billing and payment processes are efficient and compliant with company policies and procedures
Continuously monitor and analyze billing trends to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
Develop and implement internal controls to minimize the risk of billing errors or discrepancies
Provide training and support to internal teams on billing processes and procedures
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in billing and payment processes.
Supply Chain Management:
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the overall business strategy
Manage the sourcing, procurement, production, and distribution of goods to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to ensure favorable terms and conditions
Monitor and analyze key supply chain metrics such as lead time, delivery performance, and inventory levels
Identify and evaluate risk in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate risk
