Note : There are incentives of an extra $150 if you carry out your task within the time frame.

The company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Secret Shopper. As a Secret Shopper, you will be responsible for visiting stores, restaurants, or other businesses undercover to evaluate customer service, product quality, and overall customer experience.

Your feedback will help the company improve its operations and customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conducting covert visits to assigned locations and observing various aspects of the customer experience.
• Interacting with staff members to assess their knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism.
• Evaluating the quality of products or services provided by the business.
• Documenting your findings and observations in a detailed report.
• Providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement to the management team.
• Adhering to strict confidentiality and professionalism standards during each secret shopping assignment.
