Apartment Property Manager
We are currently seeking qualified Property Manager to add to our growing team! We are a Cincinnati-based property management company with residential properties Ohio and Northern Kentucky.
An ideal candidate would be adequate to be fully accountable for all day to day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property which consist of but not limited to the marketing and leasing of the units, rental collections, overseeing residents actions, evictions, and unit turnovers.
As a member of the team, you will be multitasking and responsible for the following:
· Financials
-Must have the ability to understand income and expense statements.
-Ensure that rent collections and late fee are collected timely.
-Generate necessary legal action under State and Company guidelines.
-Coordinate all vendor/contractor correspondence including insurance certifications, scheduling, and approval for invoicing.
-A/P processing on a timely manner
· Leasing
-Ensure property is rented to fullest capacity.
-Utilize and create marketing strategies
-Leasing techniques and guidelines under the State and Federal Regulations are met.
-Monitor all marketing and advertising.
· Administrative
-Prepare and/or implement Company procedures for efficient workflow.
-Prepare and confirm all leases and company correspondence.
-Lead team to perform and accede goals and deadlines.
· Resident Retention
-Address all resident concerns and request on a timely and professional basis.
-Develop and/or implement resident retention programs.
-Consistently implement and enforce policies for the community.
· Maintenance
-Maintain community appearance and continuous upkeep and repairs.
-Assure quality and quantity of market ready units.
-Ensure that all service request are address and recorded efficiently and professionally within a timely fashion.
Ideal candidate would possess CAM Certification, be able to effectively manage and convey to staff and residents, a positive attitude, Fair Housing Certified, Competence in computer skills including: Word, Excel, Outlook and Yardi Software.
