Title: VENDOR & DATA ANALYST, DMQP DEPARTMENT
Reports to: GENERAL MANAGER DMQP

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Classification: Exempt
Travel: 25%
Employment is conditioned on DMG MORI's ability to obtain and maintain any necessary export licensing.
The primary scope of this position is to support DMQP General Manager through data analysis and reporting, as well as being the conduit between DMQP, purchasing, and accounting departments. Primary focus area will be, Functional reporting, forecasting and data analysis of DMQP order intake and turnover, as well as Managing the Precision Protection insurance program and Precision Parts Program. Secondary tasks such as auditing Engineering Turnkeys for profitability will also be necessary, as well as occasionally tracking Engineering Turnkey expenses on active large projects. Daily tracking and entry of DMQP Sales orders will be required. The individual must work effectively in a team, with the ability to give input for process improvements. This position will interact with all levels of employees including taking direction from management within DMG MORI while engaging professionally with suppliers to ensure the highest quality customer experiences. The ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and without error is imperative. The individual must learn all DMG MORI products, machine-related interfaces to accessories, and handle projects in an organized, timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:
Work Environment: Spends time in an office setting primarily. With customers, spend time in the manufacturing environment (assembly, machining, and quality control facility). Exposed to possible hazards including and not limited to high noise, heavy equipment, and other automated and manual machinery.
Physical Demands:
Frequent: Sitting at desk, utilizing computers and phones. Repetitive hand, wrist, arm, and shoulder movements.
Periodic: Standing, walking, bending, and stooping.
Occasional: Business travel. Lifting, pushing, and pulling objects.
