As a Service Administrator this person performs customer relations duties and provides administrative support. They often maintain billing records and invoices, assist customers, process paperwork, and help to coordinate services and appointments. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Service Administrator. This position is crucial to the success of the company and ensures smooth day-to-day operations of our office. A successful candidate will show excellent multitasking abilities and strong communication skills.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provides the administrative functions of the Project Manager, including phone support, typing reports, scheduling, filing and distribution of correspondence.
- Provides support to principals and assists in strategic initiatives.
- Assist in administration activities, including contacts and billing, generating reports.
- Establishes, updates, and maintains client files and appropriate records of company and related documents. Implements and maintains data management systems, as required.
- Prepare and code invoices for manager approvals.
- Monitor and maintain customer maintenance work order system and prepare monthly reports for Project Manager on status of tenant works orders.
- Ensure the office is stocked with supplies and other required items to maintain the office.
- Works with managers to provide support and assist in strategic initiatives.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Assisting in Parts & Supplies Inventory.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Previous experience working in an office or administrative role.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency and experience in various programs including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Publisher, and Word.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
