- Responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation of the SMS/IMS at the Station level.
- Direct the Stations in the accomplishment of Company goals and objectives as defined by our vision/mission and values.
- Update and submit updates of the Stations’ Org Charts on an annual basis, or as changes occur, to the Corporate Human Resources Department.
- Meet all safety goals and processes.

Meet operational production and performance goals to include:
- Management of labor hours
- Scanning performance goals
- Maintain and directs a staff of department managers who will be responsible for the primary business segments at the Stations.
- Direct procurement, training, and development of employees to improve work performance and maximize employee potential.
- Promote, initiate, and conduct good communication between departments, groups, and individuals for understanding and accomplishment of the Station’s commitment to customers, individuals, and Company.
- Regularly interact with customers to promote the Stations and to measure the level of customer satisfaction.
- Use customer feedback to constantly develop and improve capabilities and processes.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
- Encourage employee suggestions and involvement in the improvement and growth of the Stations, their processes, and people.
- Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
- Establish a culture that promotes safety through daily observation, shift briefings/safety meetings, routine audits, training, and documented safety procedures.
- Establish objective measurement methods to ensure the accomplishment of the commitments and control of expenses made by the Stations.
- Conduct oneself in such a way as to become the benchmark for the Stations in integrity, fairness, personal attitude, and respect for others.
