Local Unit & Position Description
Business Assurance
Develop and support Public Training activities in accordance to DNV GL policies, procedures and instructions and reporting to Training Responsible.
- Support sales in offering in-house training courses
- Ensure and improve effectiveness and efficiency of in-house training delivery processes
- Cooperate and support other functions (i.e.sales) to identify customers’ needs for in-house training, as well as delivery
- Book & plan trainers
- Prepare training material and review it after having collected inputs from delivered courses
- Support the alignment process of in-house training management in Spain
- Identify and implement new digital ways of selling and delivering public training activities
- Manage and update the training pages of the website
- Ensure the alignment of public training proposal and delivery with Global Business Assurance proposal
- Cooperate with Marketing & Communication to efficiently promote public training and generate leads
- Prepare training material and review it after having collected inputs from delivered courses
- Analyze data coming from satisfaction surveys to guarantee course quality and propose possible improvements
Position Qualifications
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- English, written and speaking (Level high)
- Microsoft Office
- Social Media knowledge will be appreciated
- Willingness to learn
