Food Packer

What you'll do:You'll be part of the DO&CO team that supports one of Unit busiest services: You'll be working in a logistic Unit centre that serves as hub for food and beverages packing that stock all of the airlines companies we serve. Because we offer a wide variety of options, you'll be packing trolleys , maintain organization of products, pack food, chinaware, glasses and assorted serving equipment are defect free and clean; and ensure that liquor packs are to airline specification.Who we are:We have a passion for hospitality culinary delights on every banquet floor and in the sky. Ensure all stocks received and replenishments are documented properlyConduct inventory of assigned area as needed.Inspect all chinaware, silverware, plastic ware and all equipment used on a daily basis and verify each flight before trolleys are sealed. Comply with hygiene, quality and safety standards at all times. Prepare correct paperwork for the Equipment and Beverage packing according to company guidelinesAccomplish goals and objectives while adhering to Food Safety regulations. Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbookReport problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team.
