Hot Kitchen Cook

We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly – sometimes beyond our own expectations.    Responsibilities:   Prepare and cook items according to specification/recipe.  Ensure that all dishes served meet the DO&CO standard Act as a role model while taking part in service – preparing, and cooking dishes Monitor wastage and complete assigned tasks on multiple station within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines.  Always keep immediate work area clean and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor  Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.   Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team  Qualifications:    A fulltime Cook who is energetic, hard-working, organized, and familiar with working in fast-paced environments.  Minimum of 2 year of experience in kitchen preferably with large production volume  Knowledge of ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment, and cook times.  Certificate in culinary arts, or relevant field is desirable  Must have flexibility to work various shifts according to business needs   Diversity & Inclusion: We want everyone to feel welcome, respected and we are committed to providing the best space, experience, and workplace for our teams - no matter what race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, or disability status and all the other fascinating characteristics that make us different and makes you.
