Catering, and Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels, we offer gourmet entertainment

This is an
in-person position.
Work
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours weekly), Morning and evening schedule
Compensation: $15 per
hour
What you’ll do:
Have
passion and flare in using seasonal ingredients, while producing quality
and fresh pastry
Record and
communicate food deterioration to chefs
Makes people feel welcome while working as part of a
dynamic and lively team
Eager to learn from experienced senior chefs about
international cooking
Hone your skills in general and develop within our
kitchen
Assist
the Executive Chef with pastry prep, execution, and display

A day as a Pastry Helper:
Ensure all the food is prepared and cooked according to the specific standards
Assisting senior team members in the running of a busy kitchen
Dealing with deliveries and assisting with stock rotation.
Maintaining high standards of hygiene
Who you are
Proactive with high sense of self-organization
Ability to manage through a substantial workload
Capability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines
Ability to accurately monitor food wastage
Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)
