JOB DESCRIPTION   Job title Warehouse Staff Reports to Warehouse Manager   Position Purpose: Receives and processes incoming stock and materials, picks and fills orders from stock, packs and organizes orders and ensures accuracy in all incoming and outgoing deliveries.   Duties and responsibilities Example of Duties Essential Functions   Average          Percent of Tim e   50 %    Receive all airlines local purchasing deliveries and ensure items delivered are matching as per invoice and delivery order. Collect Airlines incoming Air Cargos shipments and Sea Containers and ensure paperwork for the Equipment and Beverage packing is according to company guidelines   25 %    Assist in Conducting monthly inventories according to schedule and monitor stock levels in order to detect material reaching low stock and request cabin load of material and inform the supervisor regarding changes, material shortages, excess and any deviations, etc. Organize airlines job requisition according to instruction given by the warehouse management   15 %     Load and off-load of designated vehicles and perform other tasks assigned by the management based on operational needs.   Supportive Functions In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of DO&CO.   Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. Keep products separated, organized, and in good rotation Follow all company guidelines regarding storage and warehousing.
