We perform preventative and reactive maintenance on a variety of electromechanical equipment inside big box retail stores. With over 35 years of experience servicing over 1500 stores across the US, our full-certified technicians provide our customers with support and repair solutions designed to extend the life of their equipment, reducing downtime and minimizing the impact on our customers’ bottom line.
Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate will receive orders from customers and coordinate the technicians to complete all the services and maintenance requests.
Essential Functions:
- Pick, pack, and ship parts needed for work orders and technician stock accurately and timely
- Receive, package, and label parts from vendors for warehouse stock
- Update the operating system with proper notes to ensure move work orders forward
- Daily maintenance of the warehouse to ensure safe operations and accurate stock storage
- Assign stock locations for newly acquired inventory
- Maintaining levels of stock
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, vendors, etc.
- Stay up to date with changes that affect DOC and the customer
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- FedEx and UPS systems experience a plus
- Forklift operation a plus
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and the ability to navigate operating systems (SanPro, FedEx, etc.)
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize, with accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs daily and able to work in a non-temperature controlled warehouse environment
