Job Summary:
We are seeking a organized individual to join us as a Personal Assistant for company owner. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide support and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Must have valid drivers license
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Prepare documents and assist with billing as needed
- Assist with calendar planning and coordination
- Organize travel arrangements and accommodations. Some personal driving as well
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
