What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Staff - RHRP position at DOCS Health?
Overview
Attention all administrative staff, we are calling on you to help us provide assistants for dental exams, treatment, and X-rays to our Military Service members. We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of Arizona. We are in full preparation mode for our new services under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP).
Responsibilities
- Greet patients.
- Handle patient check-in and check-out.
- Provide additional admin support as necessary.
- Complete event set up, take down and maintenance.
Schedule
- Must have weekend availability
Qualifications
- Experience with administrative functions
- Experience working with computers
- Proficient with computer programs including Microsoft Office
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
- Experience in customer service
- Great interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and courteous demeanor
- Possess reliable transportation, have a clean driving record and current automobile insurance that provides comprehensive and liability coverage.
