We are currently searching for full time Class A CDL drivers to work with us in our many projects in Belton TX.
Responsibilities
- Follow schedules in making sure that mobile practices and portable assets arrive at destination on time.
- Work with site team to ensure that the mobile practice is properly outfitted with all necessary supplies.
- May interact with vendors, employees, independent contractors, clients and possibly patients.
- Able to take direction from many different people and be willing to assist with additional work as necessary, to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Operate the company’s vehicles in a safe manner at all times.
- Execute regularly scheduled preventative maintenance for company fleet and other assets under direction of logistics team; report any problems to proper parties as soon as possible.
- Ensure proper record keeping of all records related to company fleet, reporting to Asset Managers as required.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 23 years old
- Education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma
- Valid/Active Class A CDL license required
- One (1) year of experience working in transportation
- Two (2) years of verified tractor trailer experience is required
- Experience with driving RV’s and having some experience with hydraulics are a plus
- Ability to solve problems by applying basic knowledge and performing independent research as applicable
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, self-motivation, organization, and resourcefulness
- Maintain a reputation through proven action of being team oriented and willing to assist where/when needed
- Ability to prioritize duties under competing priorities
- Proven skills with mechanical and electrical systems troubleshooting
- Provide or pass a Medical exam for DOT Medical Card
- Accident-free driving record for the past three (3) years
