Practice Manager
Outstanding opportunity for an experienced Manager at our new pediatric practice opening in Ridgeland, MS on November 1, 2023!
REQUIREMENTS :
- Skills in training, motivating and supervising front office front desk, clinical, and billing staff
- Outstanding customer service skills (both telephone and in person) with a positive, friendly attitude
- Past experience as a Medical Biller in a private practice with working knowledge of coding, documentation and quality reporting guidelines
- Maintain practice compliance with HIPAA and OSHA
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Strong computer knowledge and experience with electronic medical records
- Experience in overseeing clinic and surgery scheduling, referrals, pre-certification, insurance verification, and timely charge entry
- Knowledge of revenue cycle management and accounts receivable
- Experience in managing QuickBooks, accounts payable, and financial reporting in coordination with practice accountant
- Clinical experience would be a plus!
POSITION OFFERS:
· Full-Time Hours
· $55,000 annual compensation and benefits including health insurance and paid time off
