What you'll do
As a Partner Development Representative I (PDR I), your primary focus will be on identifying growth opportunities within a designated segment of our Partners. You'll engage in effective communication to assess and validate potential deals following our established protocols. Building and nurturing relationships will be key as you collaborate with both internal and external collaborators. As a PDR I you will orchestrate outbound campaigns, leverage event-generated leads, and identify high-value accounts to foster partnerships. You will be expected to meet daily call targets exceeding 30 calls and achieve monthly and quarterly performance goals.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, PDR.
Responsibility
- Support our direct sales teams with qualified opportunities
- Build strong professional relationships with referral partners within Docusign’s partner ecosystem
- Prospect to referral partners’ customers to drive Docusign interest from the bottom up
- Analyze integrations data and use the data as leverage to ensure customers are on the correct plan based on their integrations and web usage
- Help manage a segment of referral partners to ensure they continue to provide leads for us to qualify and work with our direct sales team
- Plan and execute quarterly in-person account planning and enablement meetings with the Business Development and our referral partners
- Use technologies efficiently such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn to research accounts, identify key contacts, and prospect to prospective customers
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- BA/BS degree
- 1 years of relevant experience
Preferred
- 1 years prior experience within a quota-carrying Inside Sales role, ideally selling software - to include prospecting, forecasting, and closing on net-new revenue
- Prior experience selling with or through Partners
- Experience working within Salesforce as a CRM tool
- Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills, including problem-solving, attention to detail, and technical acumen
- Demonstrated time management, organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile team environment, collaborating across cross-functional teams as needed
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
Illinois: $23.08/hour - $30.01/hour
Washington: $23.08/hour - $32.87/hour
This role is also eligible for bonus and benefits.
