Your responsibilities


  • Provide product selection and installation support and find creative solutions to customer issues.
  • Assist R&D engineers in product development projects for all product groups.
  • Collaborate with application engineers on relevant and skill level appropriate projects.
  • Engage in Lean continuous improvement projects focused on engineering processes and product design
  • Support product engineers and lab technicians on product and component testing
  • Collaborate with application engineers focusing on product performance


Your background


  • Currently enrolled in an electrical or computer engineering bachelor's degree program from an accredited university in the United States
  • Must be currently authorized to work for Dodge Industrial in the US
  • Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on critical thinking, root cause analysis, and problem solving
  • Collaborates well with others and is a good team player
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with passion for new and changing ideas
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Ability to adapt and multi-task based on departmental needs
