This is a role for someone with a proven ability to create and manage multiple lead generation efforts and close a sale – passes and memberships.

THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SALES ASSOCIATE IS TO BE A BRAND AMBASSADOR IS TO GROW THE NUMBER OF DOGS IN DAYCARE

• Fully understand the daycare and boarding model
• Fully understand and be able to effectively explain the benefits of our services
• Sell passes and memberships to new pet parents
• Convert generated leads to a Meet and Greet at the Center
• Convert the Meet & Greets to a pass or membership sale
• Conduct the 11 Stop Tour to prospective pet parents at the Meet & Greet
• Manage the communications between prospective leads and the store
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Give exceptional customer service and able to educate as well as communicate with all Pet Parents on a daily basis
• Manage the social media page to engage and promote our daycare.
• Help facilitate weekly daycare events
• Off site guerrilla marketing and building local partnerships at times to generate new leads while promoting the store in a professional/friendly/energetic way.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven work experience in sales
• Knows how to professionally grow the stores social media page.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Exceptional customer service skills both in and out of the store.
• High energy and passion for Dogtopia and growing a business!
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• CRM/POS system knowledge.
