Company Description:
Dogwood Autism Services is BCBA-founded specializing in early intensive behavior intervention using applied behavior analysis (ABA) for children ages 1 to 5 years old. Our team has designed a comprehensive early intervention program that focuses on building communication, social, and adaptive skills in the natural environment (home, clinic, and community). Center Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, no weekends.

- Individualized support across all job responsibilities to ensure development from initial certification to senior-level practitioner
Responsibilities of a successful BCBA:
- Provide full-time, in-person case supervision for 6 or more clients receiving comprehensive ABA services.
- Conduct initial and ongoing skills and barriers assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Early Start Denver Model) and develop individualized, holistic treatment plans.
- Supervise and develop behavior analytic skills for behavior technicians and candidates pursuing Master’s level certification across service locations (clinic, home, community).
- Apply naturalistic, developmentally-appropriate behavior intervention programming across your caseload, monitoring client progress and adjusting programming as required to meet client needs.
- Use CentralReach for timekeeping and documentation in accordance with current insurance funding and company standards.
- Maintain active certification (BCBA) and follow all BACB guidelines for responsible conduct (including supervision of RBTs and candidates pursuing Master’s level certification).
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in ABA or other BACB-approved program sequence
- Possess and maintain Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
- 2 years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
