Qualifications:
- Child Development Degree or Coursework (Preferred)
- Current SC DSS Background Qualifying Letter
- An open mind to integrating Montessori and Reggio philosophies into their teaching style
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to build relationships with teacher assistant(s) and delegate tasks as needed
