We are seeking Documentation Specialists to work 7 : 00am-4 : 30pm, Monday through Thursday, and 7 : 00am-11 : 00am on Friday.

Compensation for these opportunities ranges between $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested?

What a Documentation Specialist will do :

  • Scan documents
  • Upload documents into the system
  • Enter the start and completion dates of training records
  • Decipher the training needs to be reoccurring

What you need to be a Documentation Specialist :

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous data entry skills
  • Previous experience with Access Database is a plus
  • Ability to sit for long periods, scan documents, and upload into the system #WEjobhunt
